Thanks for the gorgeous pix,fall doesn't last long enough for me either. We have had so much rain for weeks,we are lucky to have one pretty day out of seven. We don't have 7 month's of cold but I have to mow the lawn from March until December(I'll trade). My Babies(2 shih tzu's)do the same thing,I think they can read my mind.
Move here! Bring your boys ... it's warm, spring has sprung, wootaramo.

The last roses of the season. 
This is what I see every time I have to leave the house. They know when I put on my "good" clothes, fix my hair, and I smell good, that means I am leaving...and boy, do they get pissed.

The pups look like they are about to be abandoned. Same routine at my house. I just shake my head.

Funny how they know! Sophie knows if I'm wearing shoes and not sweats I'm leaving, she sulks!
You can leave the house to put the garbage to the curb, come back in and our Airedale greets you like you were gone all day..
